Hello and Namaste!

I am a seasoned yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience, most of which was spent in the beautiful country of Thailand. My journey as a yogini has been filled with incredible opportunities to learn from some of the greatest teachers in the world, and I am proud to say that I have been able to bring this knowledge and wisdom to my students.

For many years, I practiced Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, which taught me the importance of breath and body connection. The discipline and devotion of this powerful practice has been my greatest teacher and continues to influence my teachings to this day.

 

However, in recent years, I have found myself drawn to softer forms of yoga, such as Yin Yoga and Divine Feminine Yoga practices. These gentle practices have allowed me to delve deeper into the spiritual aspects of yoga and to help my students find a greater sense of inner peace and balance. My classes are designed to be accessible to students of all levels. I believe in the power of yoga to bring physical, mental, and emotional healing to anyone who practices it, and I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for my students to do just that.
